The Director and Owner of Lil Nana’s, Betty Cloyed, is responsible for creating a warm, safe and welcoming learning environment for your son or daughter.

She believes in creating an environment where self esteem and family values are fostered. Betty believes in creating a bonds with children that develop into life long relationships with them and their families. She believes children should play and discover the world around them on a daily basis.

The teaching staff share the same values as Betty and are focused on creating a great place for children to grow.

Background checks are completed for everyone who works at Lil Nana's. Staff also is required to attend yearly training in early childhood education. Each employee knows adult and child CPR and first aid. Betty retains employees that have the ability to be the kind of educator you expect.

We conduct monthly meetings to inform, discuss, and create a better learning environment for your child.
